ASMR Bum Massage its a Cheeky Little Number [no talking][no music][massage sounds]

Something for the weekend a little asmr massage video of a bum massage its only a short massage video...

i wasnt even going to put it on but i thought hey why not give my followers a little treat for the weekend.

Now the Bum is an important muscle that needs works, the glutes are one of the biggest muscles in the body and also one of the most under looked muscles when it comes to pain and tension.
admittedly i dont always work it directly with oil, instead favouring shiatsu style moves over the top of clothes. Combing deep muscle work with pressure point work and stretching techniques.
In the last minute of the video or so you can see me working pressure points along the sacrum and down the tail bone. Now these pressure point lie on whats know as the Bl meridian and Governing vessel, these are powerful pressure points especially for women. Women do tend to hold a lot of emotion around this area.

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.
