What is reiki? It’s universal life force energy. It’s a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. It’s not bound by space or time. So no matter where you are, or what you're doing, reiki knows where to flow.

I'm Kelly Jean and this YouTube Channel offers Distance Reiki sessions infused with ASMR and other energy-based modalities including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Crystals, Vibrational Sound Healing, and other mindfulness techniques. The intention with the channel is to offer a space for cultivating practices of healing, wellness, relaxation, and stress reduction for new and old friends and those curious about the immense power we possess within ourselves.

However, the videos you’ll find online as well as my in-person classes are informed by a lifelong curiosity and appreciation for health and wellness spanning many modalities, including hatha yoga training, spiritual practices such as Nichiren Buddhism and meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping, Improvisational and theatre arts, and even remote viewing techniques.
