ASMR Pedicure 👣 (Nail Trim, Polish Removal/Application, Cuticle Cream, Nail File)

Hi everyone! 👋

In this video, you’ll see what I typically do for my own pedicures. It’s not perfect, but it works for me. 😁 I used nitrile gloves for the nail trim but I mainly used them for the toenail polish remover so it wouldn’t strip my fingernail polish off in the process. I took them off after that. Here’s what I do in the video:

1. Toenail trim. Please do not comment on how you think I should keep them long (you’d be surprised how many of those types of comments I receive). Those who took the time to watch my Q&A video know I highly dislike them long! 😬
2. Nail polish removal.
3. Nail polish application. I used gel polish, so I used a UV light to cure during the breaks in filming. I used a foundation polish, light pink polish and then a clear top coat.
4. Cuticle cream. I think the instructions say to put it on a dry nail alone, but I just put it on after. I rarely use it anyway...it was just for the video. 😊
5. Nail file. I forgot to do this after the trim...better late than never. 😜

What is ASMR?
“ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response." It typically refers to the "tingly feeling" that travels from the head downward that some experience in response to certain sounds, feelings, or descriptions. These can include soft whispering, crinkling paper, or a gentle touch.”
To me, it’s a relaxing or calming feeling, the tingles or the chills.
