The most gentle removal of something from your eye with light triggers and up close personal attention for relaxation and sleep. Kia ora! Oh dear, there seems to be something stuck in your eye! Let me help remove it. Triggers include hand sounds, eye dropper glass sounds, up-close personal attention, camera/lens touching, light triggers, paper towel sounds and affirmations.

This video was inspired by Diamond ASMR’s video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MbFXJlQ6-vw&t=893s and by the Stink/River Spirit scene from Spirited Away.

Pō mārie, good night!

What does "Kia ora" mean?
"Kia ora" is a term from Te reo Māori, the language of the indigenous people of Aotearoa (New Zealand). It's a holistic term that can be used in lots of different situations. Translated literally, 'ora' refers to a state of living, or being alive. Adding 'kia' changes "ora" from a noun to a verb ('alive' to 'living'). So when you say kia ora to someone, you are wishing the essence of life upon them! "Kia ora" is commonly used as a greeting in Aotearoa, even though many of us (like me!) are not fluent in Te reo. I use it at the start of every video because it's important to me to share as much of the culture of this wonderful country as I can with you all. "Kia ora" can also be used as a way to say good luck, thank you and best wishes!
