How To Get ASMR | The Complete Binaural Educational Guide To Getting TINGLES

Hello, my name is Sarah. You may already know me as “Karuna Satori ASMR”. I’m what’s known as an “ASMRtist”, someone who provides relaxation and sleep by giving the viewer what’s known as “ASMR”. ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a tingling sensation experienced on top of the head, down into the spine. Reports show that ASMR can actually be experienced anywhere on the body, but the head and neck are the most common areas.

I created this video today for those who have yet to experience ASMR, and would like to learn about it, possibly have their first experience. I’ve included a list of terms I feel are important when considering diving into the world of ASMR, that way you can feel more comfortable when clicking on a video you may not understand.. Something the “ASMR Community” may find normal. I’ve included a list of 8 categories, with three triggers in each one. These are common triggers in the ASMR community, ones you may find the most relaxing when attempting to get ASMR.

I would like to point that everyone is different. Just because a group of people are experiencing ASMR with one person, doesn’t mean you will. We as ASMRtists will not be offended if you don’t choose to stay with us, or find that you can’t get ASMR from our way of doing a “Trigger”. It’s always good to keep an open mind when finding someone who can make you feel safe and relaxed.
