Release, Rewrite, and Step Into Your Best Version, Reiki with ASMR

The first five minutes of this video are normal voice and things become more relaxed after that point, moving from singing bowls, to crystals, plucking, hand movements, aura spray, etc. . This video is based on a concept I have covered before in past videos, however it has come up again so I felt called to create this for you.

The theme is rewriting our story, charing how we see ourselves, rejecting that which doesn't serve us and releasing attachment to a self which is limited or unsupported in any way. We work with energy here, but also and always, the subconscious mind, to set our intention and deliberately create our Selves.

As a side note, I feel the fact that I said the word occ ult in this video might be taken that wrong way by some individuals. I hope you can sense that I am not meaning anything dark, only more hidden, just as the chakras and healing arts as studies are lesser known than what we might learn in high school health class. Areas of my personal interests are in studying that which makes me a more capable healer and a support to humanity in general. I take what resonates with me from New Thought, Hermetic Philosophy, Polarity Therapy, and Astrology, as examples, to flavor my understanding of overall wellness, manifesting, and symbolism in an effort to always be progressing in my work and passions.
