Neck & Scalp Massage to EASE A Migraine [ASMR][No Talking][No Music]

Whos got a Migraine or Headache? I have a lot of clients who come to me complaining of either headaches of migraines and this is how I may treat it. Obviously each session alters due to each individual clients needs but generally with Migraines I find that people are holding their neck muscles in a locked position, so combining a session with lots of slow deep stretches to lengthen the neck with pressure points to help move the energy that is stuck there can really help ease the pain of my clients. I will usually do alot more chest stretching too as a tight chest can also have an effect on the neck causing pain in the head. there's 2 types of pressure points I focus on in these kind of sessions-
1. Points that help relax the client allowing there muscles to release and let go..
2. Clearing points that help release old emotions and help send stuck energy downwards to be grounded.
