When Jessica came for her massage appointment she told me how her back ached after a week spent turning patients on a highly critical ward helping to keep them alive, she told me how emotionally stressful a a ward it was to work on. So when it came to the back work I wanted to be slow and focused to help ease her tight muscles and get rid of the knots she was carrying but also deeply relaxing, hopefully I achieved that.
