Today I recorded my dinner and its process. Since I ate a lot of carbohydrate (spaghetti) for lunch, I opted for something lighter for dinner.
Lamb chops with rosemary and garlic, plus red wine and purple carrots. No potato, pasta, bread or rice.
Some dry red wine fits perfectly to this dish.
