OH man this is a good one. I perfectly cooked some ribeye by freezing it and searing it then slicing it very thinly. Check out the picture of the steak sliced before it got tossed in the sauce near the beginning of the video. The sauce omg THE SAUCE. We got beef stock, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, shallots, garlic and ginger with just a touch of honey. Amazing. Of course dont forget that broccoli. Just tossed it in the sauce and steamed it up before removing it from heat and adding that dope meat.
