This calming sleep meditation is designed to help you fall asleep fast with over 1 hour of spoken word & soothing guided meditation. Similar to a body scan meditation, you will be guided to progressively scan, but also tense and relax each of your muscles to help elicit deep muscular relaxation. Followed by a calming guided meditation & guided visualization that will set the stage for a tranquil deep sleep.
