ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response, which is a tingly sensation that begins at the back of the head and can travel down the back of the neck and spine. It can be triggered by certain auditory or visual stimuli, and you may use it to relax while studying, writing, or doing everyday tasks! Most people tend to use ASMR to fall asleep😴💤 There are lots of triggers to explore, and I hope that my channel can give you a variety to choose from!!
