When you have tired aching feet you need right good rub, not only to ease your tired aching and painful feet but to relax your entire body. A good foot massage can do exactly that... relax the entire body. Now I haven't filmed with Natalie in over a year now, and when she asked to appear on the channel I asked what would she like and she was "Id Love another amazing foot massage" So I hope I lived up to her previous experience with this as I work not only the muscles but the pressure points in her feet to try give her a relaxing experience. I also added layered sounds of rain and thunderstorms to help soothe you to sleep.
