Shadow Work Healing | ASMR, Reiki, soft spoken.

What is shadow work? Shadow work is the not-so-pretty part of self work or healing work. Often we need to integrate the shadow to access our light. But what does that really mean? It basically means that we have to work through our traumas and all the difficult things that we have faced through life, especially the parts that we tend to not want to think about or avoid.
Trauma is a big subject but we have all been through it. Some more than others but please know, that any trauma is valid, and even though others may have it worse than you, you are as worthy of healing as anyone else.
In this video, we ask the Reiki energy to contribute to us while we integrate those shadows, because it is not easy but often necessary.
