so the last few weeks I've been struggling a bit with my mental health - I've been dealing with a wave of depression & feeling overwhelmed & also just trying to process a couple of emotionally difficult situations to do with the breakdown of certain friendships/relationships in my life.

but yesterday I sat with a friend and we tried to lift each other up, to remind each other of some important affirmations. I really wanted to make a video to both reconnect with you guys (because I've missed you a lot) but also to try and break through my own slump. and actually, in writing these positive affirmations I do feel like I was able to have a little breakthrough and today I have found some renewed spirit. ☺️ so, from the bottom of my heart - thank you ❤️️ you guys make a huge difference to my life, and I love that we can both lift each other up when things get hard. 🤗❤️️
