I wanted to create a video where I focused on just working, slow and focused how I am with clients. Sometimes when filming I think I get a little worried about creating sound so I add a few faster strokes into my session. However that's not how I really work I work slowly and methodically. I'm constantly testing and feeling both the muscles and the pressure points as I work, I'm looking for change I'm looking for the muscles to let go and let me in deeper.
Some people may debate that what I do isn't deep tissue, as what they see isn't extreme massage because I like to be patient and slowly work my way in there, wait for the muscles to let me in rather than forcing my in.
To me quality of touch is very important and to bring lasting change within the body we must be part of the dance rather than forcing the body to where it doesn't want to go. Not sure if my waffling is making sense but when i work it all makes sense to me and I usually get great results... Anyways i hope you find this back massage visually pleasing and i hope it helps you to relax as much as it helped my client
