🕊Самый мягкий из всех сортов Туркестана, комфортен для зубов, жевать тоже приятно, даже если откусить большой кусок, во рту лопается как воздушный рис, потом почти сразу начинает таять, превращается в нежную кашицу без крупинок, хрустит круто, вроде не очень звонко, но как то по особенному приятно
🕊Бархатный на ощупь, очень маркий, вкус насыщенный пыли, мне показалось что он немного сладил , в конце чувствуется сливочность, залипает не критично по сравнению с другими сортами, его легко смыть водой
