Healing Support, Changing Times | Reiki, Guided Messages, asmr.

Hey everyone xx This video is created as a safe space, healing support, for you in these changing times. To hopefully create some ease, some calmness, to any anxious feelings that have to do with the world right now, during this outbreak, changes in your and all of our lives. I am here xx.
This is not a typical ASMR Reiki video, I do some ASMR sounds but I do not focus specifically on it. I wanted it mainly to be a supportive, comforting space, with energy work and comforting messages. Therefore I put on some frequency music in the second half of the video to help me stay focused in the transmission.
