In today's session I wanted to share with you the 5 Reiki Ideals.
FYI: The original translation of the ideals is worded slightly different. My amazing mother who taught me Reiki worded them in a way so the mind could stop hearing a negative. The meaning is still the same except we can simply or more easily be in the NOW when practicing these 5 ideals.

For example: The first ideal is "DO NO get angry". She changed it to "I release anger" The mind doesn't hear a negative. It hears "Get Angry". So by imagining releasing anger we can then come back to moment and see the emotion releasing.

She's a genius. Haha. I'm very thankful for her wisdom. She's an incredible teacher and I feel so grateful to be teaching with her.
