[ASMR] Winding you down for Sleep in the Summer Rain (Energy Healing)

This is a cozy and dimly lit energy clearing in an ASMR style to wind you down and relax you before sleep, getting your body ready for sleeping, reminding it that it knows how to relax. I use my chimes, my own healing abilities, lots of hand movements, essential oil, and palo santo as well as my words in a soft spoken way. Nala, my cat, comes briefly and says hi!
