Hi guys! In this guided meditation, we will be centering our awareness on the head centre.

In meditation, there are three main chakra centers that we can focus on for the best results. The head centre is a great start for novice meditators because as rational people of a modern society, we are used to being in our heads. It is almost as if our bodies are just vehicles for our brains. So since most of our energy is spent up here, it is quite easy to tap into this centre!🙏
