i hope everyone is doing well. i'm not. i forgot about a midterm that i have tomorrow so i'm cramming for it all day today. 100% forgot about it. goofed off all day yesterday. like a goofy goof. played stardew. went see the batman. do i regret it? no. life is short. studying sucks. and the batman is good. anyways, i hope you like the lighting on this video because this is my favorite set i've ever done. i know asmr is all about the sounds, i personally always watch asmr with my brightness all the way down and my screen on warm mode so i wouldn't even know what the video actually looks like. but little things like making a nice set like this makes me happy and proud. this is such a great creative outlet for me and i'm lucky to have any eyes on my videos at all. i don't take that for granted! alright, back to studying. my midterm is on PHARMACY LAW, by the way. yuck. YUCK. i can't stop thinking about zoe kravitz.

The goal for my channel is to keep things simple, organic, and focused on triggers, because those are my favorite types of ASMR videos. I am a big fan of gentle tapping and scratching, so those are the style of my most frequent uploads, but I make other types of trigger videos as well. I am also more than happy to hear your suggestions, so please don't hesitate to comment and let me know if there are any types of videos or triggers you would like to see from me.

PS, your "likes" help me out a LOT! 😊

what is ASMR?
ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response," and is defined by wikipedia as a "tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don't get that "tingling sensation" it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep.

here is a link to a playlist with a lot of trigger tests to see what triggers your ASMR. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRGsnQZ8kDpJZW7N4WvOaD7e6ehckxUBG
