September is polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) awareness month! PCOS is a common condition affecting 1 in 5 women, and is more than just a fertility condition. It involves insulin resistance, cardiovascular disease, mental health and so much more.

On September 1st, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Fiona McCulloch, Dr. Samina Mitha, and Dr. Tanya Wylde. They are all incredible Naturopathic Doctors working hard to truly help PCOS patients feel and get better.

My friend Meera and I joined these Doctors and other women to celebrate PCOS Awareness by watching our CN Tower turn teal.
