Kyou wa netsuppoi desu.
今日=kyou=today
は=wa=noun marker
熱=netsu=fever
が=ga=noun marker
熱っぽい=netsuppoi=feverish
あります=arimasu=have
ある=aru=have
です=desu=typical ending to a sentence,
similar to is but not really the same.
Kyou wa netsuppoi desu.=
I have a slight fever today.
I am feverish today.
Today we are focusing on poi.
