We are almost at the end of August?!
Where has the time gone?

Here's another video for those who enjoyed my list ASMR massage gun sounds... BUT - Slightly different!
I am trying the theralegs today - something different from the #theragun collection!

I have been going to the gym recently and have been getting some aches and pains - thankfully these bad boys should sort my sore legs from a leg day session (theragun recovery air) which helps muscle aches and when I used it I thought it was so relaxing!
So I thought I would try and share this sound with you all :)

Of course, ASMR is selective and not all sounds are for everyone... so if you have any new requests or ideas, feel free to share in the comments section below!!
