Follow My Instructions For Sleep | Do As I Say ASMR😴

Hello my quaker oats, today you can shut off your brain as you follow my simple instructions and directions straight to sleep. Do as I say and you'll find yourself extremely relaxed and ready for bed!

I'll be doing some classic flashlight instructions, follow my finger, including with a latex glove, I'll have a snellen eye chart to ask you what see. I'll have some back and forth whispering so you can close your eyes, and then you'll finish with some lovely tapping on plastic/wood/glass/metal.
