[ASMR] Belly Massage - Tummy strokes to Fall Asleep to [No Talking][No Music]

So I struggled for a title for this belly massage video.... and played with a few ideas... stomach massage for weight loss? belly massage to help digestion? Abdominal massage to ease stomach pain? Hara Massage to Release your Qi?
And you know what all of these titles would be correct and true except while filming this massage i didnt purposely focus on these i focused on trying to shoot a good video and just let my hands do whatever they liked...
So there are aspects that would help weight loss and digestion....
there are times im working pressure points and hara diagnostic area (energetic areas of the belly that relate to different meridians) I Also worked various pressure points.
And then i was also working the fascia lines as most connect just below the navel so working this area can have a knock on effect with the rest of the body.
there was a combination of light work that will improve the lymphatic system and deep tissue work that will effect the deeper muscles.
Maybe i should have called it "Shiatsu Shane freestyle belly massage" or "Shanes Cure all belly massage"
