ASMR or autonomous sensory meridian response is the feeling of a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck that some people experience after being triggered by particular sounds and visuals. It can ofter help concentration, focus and even help people get into a relaxed state of mind enough to fall asleep.
