Nice to meet ya! I am a qualified Yoga teacher, Thai massage practitioner and avid sound therapy learner!
I found ASMR after being in a deep depression and suffering from crippling Anxiety. I had got to the point of no hope and was jut living for the sake of living. I was streaming games at the time on Twitch and my community kept telling me about ASMR and I would be great for it, so I gave it a go and omg my life changed. Not only do I benefit personally for m ASMR but I could also help others that felt like me and my whole world opened up.
I was able to come off my medication and suddenly my life felt full of promise, so thank you!
