ASMR = autonomous sensory meridian response; a term used to describe a tingling, or goosebumps sensation in response to specific triggering audio or visual stimuli; feeling a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck. Some individual’s may be triggered by things like whispering, scalp massages, etc.

From years of personal experiences, ASMR has reduced my anxiety, increased my sleep, & elevated my mental health.
