What is ASMR? "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterised by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine."

ASMR videos are meant to trigger the relaxing 'tingly' feeling to help you fall asleep or to just enjoy some lovely calming sensations!

I love personal caring attention, when someone is whispering into the microphone and especially hand movements! As I continue with my own ASMR journey I will experiment with new triggers and am open to taking suggestions/feedback or requests for videos:)
