Hi everyone! I had a couple of weeks to myself but I am back with another video today, using my new ring light for the first time! I am still figuring some things out and because my camera isn't amazing I think I will stick to a mixture of natural lighting as well as the ring light. Let me know what you think abut having the room dark though!

In this video I welcome you to the sleep clinic where I test some sleepy triggers out on you. I check your eyes, I brush your skin for sensitivity and I show some visual hand movements to see how your body reacts. I hope you enjoy this video and thank you so much for watching! :))

What is ASMR?
