$20 Langboss Pro Studio: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01ECP6ACU
Keep in mind these are XLR condenser mics, so if you'd like to use them for ear-to-ear asmr, you need TWO and also two xlr cables and a recording device. I use the Zoom H6 but there are cheaper options like Zoom H4N, Behringer UMC202HD, or Focusrite Scarlett-2i2. Then of course you need stands to attach them to as well. So besides the mics themselves, the bulk of price is in the equipment.
If you're a beginner at asmr I would still recommend the Blue Yeti as a first microphone simply because it's much easier to use and you don't need anything but that one mic and a computer to record.
