The start is never shiny, but it’s the best action you can do for yourself!

Here’s what I did as an entrepreneur to lost 15 pounds in 3 months and preserving muscles and strength:
- I lifted heavy 3-4x/week
- I was in calorie deficit
- I was eating 1.8gr/kg of proteins per day
- I was sleeping 7h30 per night
- I was walking 8-10k steps/day

Nothing fancy, nothing hard, just consistency while I was working to develop my business
