5 rep side kick w/ 20 lbs band (each side)
10 rep donkey kicks w/ 15lbs band (each side)
10 rep fire hydrant w/15 lbs band (each side)
10 rep donkey kick w/ 20 lbs band (each side)
8 rep donkey kick w/ 20lbs lbs band (each side)
Dead lift into squat w 15lbs band (till you feel the burn)
20 rep squats w/ 40lbs band
15 crunches
10 reverse crunches
