This video has been verrryyyy highly requested, and too be honest I was pretty hesitant in doing it. I guess because working out is more of a personal outlet for me &
I really donโt need people criticizing my physique ๐ or if they donโt like muscles etc, idk haha. Like I could talk about health/fitness & help people all day long, but when it comes to a long duration video of just me working out... idk itโs kind of weird lol. BUT Iโm glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and hopefully inspired & helped you guys ๐
At the beginning of the video Iโm showing you the last half of my shoulder/bicep workout (at home). Sorry itโs the last half because I wasnโt even planning on recording it. It was pretty spontaneous haha, I was feeling good so I said screw it :) letโs film this for my faaaam ๐ค๐ผ
Later in the vid I went to the gym and had a killer high intensity cardio session ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ (stair master always)
