Slow, Sleepy Session for Deep Rest ~ A Relaxing ASMR Facial with Brow & Ear Attention to Ease Stress
Good Evening my Dear Friends.
Tonight's session is a little more personal. 🤍
My beautiful friend Tayla came to me carrying a lot.
She has so much going on in her life at the moment, and when she arrived for this session I could really feel how much tension and overwhelm she was holding in her body.
I've been creating a few gentle sessions with Tayla recently, giving her somewhere to come, switch off from everything happening around her, and simply be looked after for a little while.
So this facial wasn't really about achieving the perfect skin or performing an intensive treatment.
It was about relaxation.
About slowing everything down.
About giving her a quiet space where she didn't have to think, organise, worry or be responsible for anything.
Just lie down, breathe, and receive some gentle care.
In this session, I created a very soft and soothing facial using beautiful cleansing products, a nourishing mask, facial massage, gentle scalp massage, eye and brow massage, cold facial globes and lots of light touch.
Tayla, I hope you know how incredibly proud I am of you. I know you have a lot ahead of you, but I also know you're going to do wonderful things.
