i am by no means an expert dog groomer.
Everything I know to date is from following youtube tutorials.
In this video, I am trimming the straggly longer hair on Honeys tum, legs/thighs and neck. Then once it grows again, I will do the same until it is all even. Then her hair can begin to grow nice and long and an even length on her body, for winter.
One thing I will say, is I used to get Honey groomed (around 10 times with the same woman) and each time she came back looking like a terrier?!!!! cut! -her fur would be half clipped and she would be doused in perfume. (Honey is allergic to perfumed products).
Honey is a Cavachon. King Charles x Bichon Frise cross.
Anyway.
It was then I decided enough was enough and I will do the grooming myself. Plus- the womans' attitude stank! So I waved her byebye.
