ASMR | Things Your Parents Should Say to You More Often | Whispered Ear to Ear | Fluffy Mic

These are things you would like to have heard from those who raised you and likely still wish you heard more often even now. This is also a good reminder for parents - including myself. When I say parent here, I mean any sort of guardian that helped raise you, I don't mention that until the end, so wanted to make sure I say hit here.

I know this one is super short, so here is a Gibi video that explains how to loop a video, in case you don't already know how. So, if you're enjoy this, or like the whispers and/or fluffy mic to fall asleep to, just put it on loop! :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_GghfbcHx0&t=25s
"Basically, if you're on PC, just right click the video! If you're on mobile, add this video to a playlist and then loop the playlist."

I'm not doing time stamps since it's so short, but this is a list of the things I say:
I Love You
I'm Proud of You
It's Ok to Cry
You Made a Mistake, It's ok.
There is no wrong sexual or gender identity. Just be yourself.
It's Ok To Be Scared
You Did a Good Job
That it's OK to ask for help, I won't think less of you.
Sometimes I'm wrong and I make mistakes, too.
I'm Sorry
Be your own person. Not who I or anyone else thinks you should be.
You are not a burden.
You don't owe affection to anyone for anything. Not me, or anyone.
You make my life better.
I value your opinion.
Please share your thoughts and feelings with me.
Mental illness is not a weakness. It's ok not to be happy at all times.
If you get in trouble and need help, you can come to me. I'll always be there for you.
You make a difference.
It was just an accident - mistakes help us learn.
I will always have time for you.
I can't imagine a world without you in it.
I'm so happy you are in my life.
You make me smile.
I Love You
I'm Proud of You

What does ASMR stand for? Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.

What is ASMR? ASMR meaning? To me, it's a really cool sensation that some of us get in response to some auditory (sound - whispers, tapping, hand sounds) or visual triggers (hand movements, watching someone focus, draw, paint, etc. or personal attention). For some it's a tingling or vibrating feeling often felt in the head, neck, shoulders, and/or back, and can change based on different triggers. It can feel like a brain massage or just a relaxing feeling all over.

Many people use ASMR to sleep. I use ASMR mostly for work - it helps me relax, block out distractions, and focus (usually, sometimes it's a distraction, but at least it's a relaxing distraction!) I've tried to use it for sleep, but I end up actually staying awake because I love to listen to it and can't help but watch. BUT, I hope my ASMR helps those of you who use it for sleep, just as much as it helps someone using it to just relax, zone out, destress, focus, or bring down some anxiety.
