ASMR is defined from Oxford Languages as a feeling of well-being, combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

The aim of my videos are to trigger an autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) and/or to provide a means of slowing down your mind for a couple of minutes & relaxing, and/or to help you fall asleep. An ASMR video can truly contain anything imaginable; I personally enjoy creating content using beauty products like skincare & makeup! My hope for this journey is that it’s a positive one for everybody involved ❤️
