Tonight I'll be bringing you a video that's longer than usual to give you lots of time to sleep. I was planning on it being even longer but ended up having some audio issues, so apologies if any sections of triggers are shorter than others.

In this video, you have come by for your first ever sleep study where I will be having you sit back, relax, and observe a variety of visual & auditory triggers. And then, I will be asking you questions based on your experience.

Some triggers in this video include: lots of mechanical keyboard typing, personal attention, asking questions, tapping, poking your face, soft speaking, brushing your face, energy pulling, and more!
