Healing the Fear of Conflict | ASMR with Reiki

In this video, I talk about the topic that is ‘fear of conflict’, how that may manifest and use energy healing methods, for example - Reiki, to contribute to healing and integrating those wounds and break the cycle of coping mechanisms that have been created and used as a result of these traumas.
No coping mechanism makes you happy. Coping mechanisms are created or chosen by you in a desperate moment to help you survive. They are not meant to follow you into adulthood, where you are not experiencing the threats you were at that time. So, these coping mechanisms are not working for you anymore. They are NOT required anymore. Are you willing to take control of your life and let them go?
In the video, I use Reiki Healing, my own intuitive energy healing methods, and the Violet Flame at the end of the video. You can set your own intention to strengthen the energy, you can also just sit back and receive.
