Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having candied blueberries! Candied fruits or tanghulu makes the best sounds in my opinion. 😻 I always used some kind of syrup for the sugar coating but today I used corn syrup for the first time. I feel like it makes the coating more crackling instead of gooey. The candied bluberries did taste amazing. 😻 Which fruits should I coat in sugar next? ♥
