ASMR Follow My Instructions with Your EYES CLOSED (Menu, This/That, Affirmations)

Follow my instructions with your eyes closed for the best sleep!

In this video I wanted to film another follow my instructions (do as I say) style video for sleep with your eyes closed! I wanted you to be able to close your eyes and relax. So as you will see, these triggers and instruction following is easy to do with your eyes closed, as there is an assortment of audio triggers. I have you follow my instructions in this asmr video with a lot of sound triggers and relaxation, with almost meditative games, tests, and questions. There is a lot of menu reading as I read you various desserts, as well as Italian pasta dishes - specifically Roman ones! I also have a round of this or that questions where I read you various questions asking yiu to choose between this or that questions. I give you some positive affirmations throughout, as well as some meditative imagination exercises. In terms of ASMR sounds, this is a whispered video in a dark and relaxing environment. I really hope you enjoy this one, as it was a lot of fun to film. I love follow instructions videos, and the element with having your eyes closed makes this perfect for sleep and relaxation!

What Is ASMR?
“ASMR stands for 'autonomous sensory meridian response’. People describe a deeply relaxing sensation with tingling in the scalp as a result of a certain stimulus—often a gentle sound. Some say the feeling cascades down their spine to their limbs". ASMR is triggered by things such as whispering, softly speaking, tapping, personal attention, accents, and other various triggers. I personally enjoy ASMR as entertainment, for relaxation, to help with sleep, and also to manage stress. Many people also use ASMR for comfort, and to feel less alone as well, which is a wonderful feeling of community and belonging. I hope you all feel welcome here.
