ASMR Sleep Clinic | Medical Exam + Helping You Relax & Sleep

Hey, 2021, how ya doin'? We're starting it off right with a long & slow sleep clinic RP, beginning with an brief all-over examination of ya, then finishing with some deep breathing & conscious relaxation, some face touching & tapping, and some hands-off soft triggers to help lull you to sleep. The end fades off, partially due to the neighborhood (behind the scenes goings on is below the timestamps), partially due to me wanting a soft closure to the video to not wake you up if you fall asleep. I did want this to go longer, but over 45 mins ain't nothin' to shake a stick at :)

Note: this is late because while I was making subtitles, I realized there was one major blip I didn't edit out as my sound markers weren't loud enough and I totally skipped over them. This was all 30 minutes before I had to make it public. Subtitles will be a touch wonky as a result but I was almost done so they shouldn't be terrible.

Behind the scenes: today's video is brought to you by one neighbor snowblowing, one neighbor scraping ice off his sidewalk with a shovel, a couple trains, and the same neighbor with the shovel coming back out to scrape more ice off with his shovel hahaha that last one made it so I had to fade out the video as I was sooooo finished with the noise. Originally, without any cuts, this video was 66 minutes. More than a 1/3 of this vid is just me fuming over the background noise and cursing softly hahah.

If you wonder/get exasperated at me apologizing for background noise, over the years whenever I would NOT mention the background, I would get straight crucified by angry people who wanted complete silence. I generally mention the noise in almost every video because I got so tired of these people, and I put a disclaimer early on so that those particular chaps can bounce off.
