Here is another "Two Minute Talk" for you tonight. I will be providing some guidance and advice in this short motivational talk, which will hopefully provide some exam stress relief. I had planned to upload a longer, Valentine's themed video, but I ran out of time!
In today's video, I hope to relieve some of your exam related stress. This video was specifically requested by one of my lovely viewers, so I hope this can also calm you down too! Please take a moment to sit still, relax, and clear your thoughts; ready for allowing some positive mantras to enter your mind.
I hope you feel relaxed and comforted by some reassuring words, personal attention, gentle hand movements and soft whispers. Just remember; all you can do is all you can do! Try your best and believe in yourself, because I believe in you.
