ASMR a walk in the woods

A walk in the woods sounded better than, 'a walk in the forest and across the heath.' I'm certainly no Bill Bryson but I am a lover of all things outdoors and a country girl in every sense of the word. I know that autumn signals the end of much of the harvest, although sugar beet is yet to be torn from the ground and carried in gigantic trailers, ready for animal feed and human consumption. The landscapes change on an almost daily basis as some creatures prepare for hibernation and others grow thicker coats and adapt to the decrease in temperatures and the challenges that lie ahead. It is, without a doubt, a canvas that Turner would delight in capturing his moody scenes and one in which I will feel forever at home. The opportunity to layer up in earthy tones and merge with the surrounding ploughed fields and rich forests is one that fills me with delight.

Take the time to not only look ahead, but stop and pause, for you might miss the delights beneath your boots and there are many untold treasures just waiting to be explored. Perhaps I am drawn to this time of year because its beauty is so unspeakably vibrant. I will let the imagery do the talking and leave you to decide for yourself. Whether you walk for the love of it, to maintain levels of fitness or simply to find yourself again...it is one of the things that I will never take for granted. I am blessed to live on this beautiful planet and shall continue to nurture and protect it in whatever small way that I can; be it picking up plastic on the beach or leaving no trace of me ever having been there...this earth is life and I am living one day at a time.

You might see a bee and a caterpillar and a Chinook helicopter...maybe you'll also see something that I did not. Perhaps you will be inspired to put on your boots and jump in a puddle.

Everyone is welcome here...it is a place, free from judgement and full of love and happiness. Stay a moment or for long enough to fall asleep but do not steal my jam sandwiches. Ask nicely and eat the crusts.

Ultimately, it is you that makes this channel what it is and it is you that guides it in whatever direction it goes. Wherever you are, may your day be filled with peace and joy and maybe a jam sandwich or three.

2.. Mouth sounds with new tiny mics. They are so so tiny that you might not be able to see them but you'll certainly love the sounds.
