Join me in this Deep tissue back massage focusing mainly on the upper back and shoulders, but massaging the full back.
Featuring in this video is a client and friend of mine Marika who has suffered with her back following a car crash several years ago. This has lead to a lot of trauma been stored in the fascia and connecting muscles in her back. When she first came to me i only describe it like everything felt "stuck" her shoulders didn't want to move and everything felt solid.... Now over time and several sessions this is beginning to change i can move her shoulders now she has more mobility and as such suffers less pain in her neck and shoulders.... Her back feels softer to the touch and i can once again feel the indivdual muscles. This will continue to improve as we continue with the sessions and she continues with mobility exercises.
