Surfing is probably the solution to my problems. I feel it heals everything. Swimming and feeling the cool water through my body makes me feel refreshed, and grabbing a wave makes me feel like new. I always have fun with it. Do you have anything that makes you feel similar? It doesn't have to be a sport necessarily. We all find charm in life out of something, but physically and mentally, that's healing to me.
