Here is a REIKI ASMR Healing Session for the Dark Night of the Soul. This can be an intensely painful and, at times, terrifying experience. I think the most important things to practice during this period are radical self-compassion and presence with the pain. Making space for this discomfort is difficult, but ultimately, it will open up areas of expansion you never thought possible. I hope you find this session helpful, my friend :)
